1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. execution of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storage of documentation and fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – a request to complete a survey or provide answers to several questions concerning the quality of services rendered (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
