Our brewery is undoubtedly one of the most interesting places on Łódź's culinary map. An incredibly atmospheric location, situated in the countryside, and the intense aromas emanating from the brewery make Salio's small craft brewery a real attraction for all guests visiting our modest establishment. The beer brewing installation itself is in full view of our guests, allowing them to observe the beer-making process while enjoying a delicious lunch, dinner, or dessert in our restaurant, and witness our brewer at work.
For the production of our craft brewery, we use ingredients from trusted, proven suppliers—highest quality hops, malt, and yeast. Beer is one of our passions, to which we dedicate a lot of commitment, heart, and time. All of this translates into rich flavor experiences and the highest quality of our brewery's offerings. For Beer Connoisseurs
