FACILITY REGULATIONS

1. The room in the Facility is rented by the day.
2. The day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
3. During check-in, a valid ID card or passport must be presented.
4. Quiet hours in the Facility are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM the next day. The behavior of Guests and persons using the Facility's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The Facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
5. A Guest of the Facility may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the paid stay period has not expired.
6. The Facility may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Facility's regulations during a previous stay, causing damage.
7. The Facility provides services according to its category and standard. The Facility is obliged to ensure:

• conditions for full and unrestricted rest for Guests,
• safety during the stay, including confidentiality of Guest information,
• professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Facility,
• room cleaning and necessary equipment repairs during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if requested,
• efficient service from a technical standpoint,
• replacement of bed linen and towels upon the Guest's request.

8. Upon the Guest's request, the Facility provides the following services free of charge:

• providing information related to the stay and travel
• access to a safe in every room

9. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage and destruction of the Facility's equipment and technical devices caused by their fault. The Facility will charge the Guest:

• for damage to room equipment, an amount corresponding to the damages
• for smoking in non-designated areas, an amount of 500.00 PLN,
• for keeping an animal in the room without prior notification, an amount of 200.00 PLN,
• for vandalism of the room, an amount equivalent to the rental price of the room for the period it is withdrawn from sale.
• For losing a card/key to the room, an amount of 50.00 PLN
• For using prohibited pyrotechnic means, an amount of 1000.00 PLN
• There is an absolute ban on smoking tobacco on the premises of the facility in Rooms, Apartments, Bungalows, and other undesignated areas. The smell of smoke requires deodorization, which costs 1000 PLN and will be added to the bill.

10. Personal items left by a departing Guest in the room will be stored for 1 month for personal pickup.
11. The Facility is responsible for loss or damage to items brought by persons using the Facility's services to the extent specified in Articles 846-852 of the Civil Code. The Guest should notify the Facility's Reception immediately after detecting the damage.
12. Children on the premises must be supervised by adults.
13. Stay with animals is possible in bungalow-type rooms for a fee according to the price list; detailed information is available at the Reception.

• Throughout the entire facility, animals accompanying guests must be kept on a leash and muzzled.

14. The Facility is monitored.
15. The Facility is equipped with a video surveillance system. Monitoring is intended to improve guest security. Monitoring data is securely stored according to procedures.
16. Parking on the Facility's premises is unguarded.
17. Moving any vehicles (including bicycles) on the premises requires exceptional caution:

• at the entrance to the facility, give priority to horses (stop the vehicle)
• park vehicles only in designated places
• avoid unnecessary maneuvers and driving the vehicle

18. Approaching horses without the consent of authorized personnel is prohibited, as is entering stables, riding arenas, and other rooms with horses.
19. Contact with animals is prohibited for persons who have consumed alcohol or other intoxicants.
20. Running, shouting near horses, and making sudden movements that could scare horses, including opening automatic umbrellas, are prohibited.
21. The use of fireworks, firecrackers, flares, and other pyrotechnics is strictly forbidden on the premises.
22. Maintain a safe distance from horses and carousels when moving through common areas (sections B and C).

• Personal data is processed for the purpose of booking accommodation and providing services, and with consent, also for marketing purposes.
• Data collected for service provision purposes will be processed for the time specified by law, and for data collected based on consent, until consent is withdrawn.
• You have the right to access the content of the data, correct it, transfer it, and receive a copy of personal data processed by the Facility.
• When consent to process data for marketing purposes is given, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, request restriction of processing, deletion, and the right to be forgotten.

Your data may be shared or transferred to the following categories of recipients:

• transport and taxi companies in case of ordering transport or courier delivery for the Guest;
• IT support service providers for the Facility;
• accounting service providers;
• legal service providers;
• marketing service providers for the Facility.

If you find that personal data is processed unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). Contact with the data protection officer is possible at the Facility's headquarters or via the email inbox recepcja@salio.eu

24. The Facility is not responsible for photos taken inside the facility and shared online by unauthorized persons unrelated to the Facility.
